The Company obviously will accept full payment for domain names up front with closing through www.Escrow.com at seller's expense. The Company also finances sales with as little as 5% down - 10% annual interest - 60 months with no credit check. Prospective parties may also rent the domain names for a monthly rent equal to 1% of the sales price. Permitting a prospective buyer to rent and try out a domain name for a couple of months (up to ten years) is a terrific sales tool in that a person can see the advantages of the domain name before he enters into a contract to purchase same. Obviously, the broker receives his / her 20% commission on the rents received and the purchase price if it is sold to the broker's customer at anytime.
